Joe Strunk, co-owner of 3000 Insurance Group, started in insurance in 1997. Joe has an engineering degree from Oklahoma State University and a MBA from the University of Oklahoma. Joe is currently the President of the Independent Insurance Association of Oklahoma and serves on the boards of Mercy Health Foundation, Camp Fire Heart of Oklahoma, and Crossings Christian School Development Committee. Joe is a Certified Insurance Counselor and a Certified Advisor of Personal Insurance. Joe works with his clients using insurance products to satisfy their clients risk management needs.
Guy Strunk brings 23 years of experience to 3000 Insurance Group with a background in claims, business insurance and professional liability. Guy supports 3000 Insurance Group’s goal of being a one stop shop for professionals for their insurance by focusing on insurance for dentists and other programs, and serving as Chief Operations Officer (COO). Guy is a graduate from Oklahoma State University, with a BA in Geography. 3000 Insurance Group, established by Joe Strunk, Guy Strunk and Jennifer Beale, specializes in professional programs, small businesses and large net worth personal insurance.
Jennifer Beale holds a BBA in Promotions Management from the University of Central Oklahoma, is a licensed insurance agent, and holds a Certified Insurance Counselor designation (CIC). She is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City Class XXVIII, and serves on the boards of the American Institute of Professional Association Group Insurance Administrators, Impact Oklahoma, and Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Central Oklahoma. Jennifer is a member of the Business Women’s Golf Association, Oklahoma Society of Association Executives, and Professional Insurance Marketing Association. With 20+ years of insurance industry experience in administration, sales, and marketing Jennifer serves as the agency’s CMO.
Stan Alexander has been involved in insurance since 1960, first as an insurance adjuster then sales. He spent 10 years with American Fidelity Assurance Company in Oklahoma City first as a disability insurance sales person and advanced to Oklahoma State manager.
In 1972, he and Bob Strunk founded the Alexander & Strunk Independent Insurance Agency.
While building the agency, Stan spent many hours in volunteer work. He was elected to the Village City Council and served 33 years as a councilman, 9 of those years as Mayor. Stan served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives of the 37th Oklahoma Legislature.
He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BBA degree and from the American College of Life Underwriters with a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) degree.
Stan served 26 years in the United States Air Force Active/Reserve and retired as a Lt. Col.
He was a member of Rotary for 45 years and served as President of North Oklahoma City Rotary. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Northside YMCA.
Stan is married and has two children, three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Richard A. “Dick” Beale was born and raised in South Bend, IN and attended Indiana University, where he majored in Business Administration and was a member of Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity. Dick began his insurance career with Indiana Insurance Company in Indianapolis in 1967. After four years of service in the Army as a Nuclear Weapons Maintenance Specialist, Dick resumed his insurance career in Dallas in 1972 with Continental Insurance Companies. Since 1980, Dick has been involved with the administration of the Oklahoma Bar Association and Oklahoma Society of CPAs Insurance Programs. In 1986, Dick Beale purchased the business, renaming it Beale Professional Services. Dick has continued his close association with the OBA and OSCPA and has expanded the number and types of insurance programs available to members.
In January, 2011, Dick sold his interest in his company to his daughter Jennifer Beale and Joe and Guy Strunk. Currently, Dick manages a few special accounts and assists Agency clients with Medicare matters.
Dick served as President of the American Institute of Professional Association Group Insurance Administrators, and is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters. Community Service includes participation as a stakeholder in Oklahoma Turning Point, the Oklahoma County Tobacco Free Coalition and served as Vice President of the Health Alliance for the Uninsured.
Sheila Morford, from Okarche, Oklahoma, graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Business Administration. She is married to Brent Morford and the proud mother of 2 adult children – Katie, 25 and Sawyer, 22. Sheila began working for Alexander & Strunk in 1986 as Assistant to the Accountant then trained in the Personal Lines department. Over the next 10-11 years she also worked with clients in the life and health department, and in 1999 began her sales career calling on Oklahoma dentists for Alexander and Strunk.
Sheila sees her clients as her friends and provides advice for their individual and business insurance needs. “My goal is to advise and educate my clients of their options and let them make informed decisions.”
Janice Gilley has 30 years of experience in the insurance industry and joined the agency 25 years ago. She focuses on helping small businesses and individuals navigate through their insurance mazes to help them secure the protection they need. She is a member of industry-related Associations including Oklahoma City Association of Health Underwriters, National and State Associations (NAHU) (OKAHU) (OSAHU), National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America (IIABA).
Lydia Christine, originally from Chicago, joined 3000 Insurance Group as a marketing assistant. Her talent and passion for finding innovative solutions quickly landed her in a producer role. With a degree from Oklahoma State University in hotel and restaurant management, Lydia utilizes her hospitality skills to make sure the client feels comfortable through the insurance process. She finds the most satisfaction figuring out resolutions for intricate commercial accounts that push her to learn more about the vast world of risk.
Ashley Napier, originally from Oklahoma, joined 3000 Insurance Group as an Agent. Her goal is to help small businesses navigate the insurance world with solutions that make sense. Ashley graduated summa cum laude from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelors of Business Administration. Even after graduation she strives to continuously learn about small business and the unique challenges they face day-to-day, especially as concerns insurance.
Chris Hays grew up traveling around the country as a military child. Originally born in Los Angeles, California, Oklahoma was his final stop on the tour. He graduated from Midwest City high school and continued his education at OSU-OKC and at the University of Central Oklahoma, where he earned an Associate’s in Public Service and a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts with a minor in Public Administration. Chris has a passion for helping people throughout his community and also volunteers his time serving as a historian on the Young Professionals Board of Camp Fire Heart Oklahoma. Chris is our Retention Specialist focusing on establishing relationships with clients, renewing current policies, and helping them purchase additional insurance. Looking forward, Chris hopes to further develop his career at 3000 Insurance Group while assisting the wide variety of professionals we insure at our agency.
Rose Coco Duerksen joined Alexander & Strunk in 1988 as an agent. She had previous experience at a large national insurance carrier where she achieved high recognition for her sales success. Rose enjoys servicing the needs of her clients & helping them to understand the continuous changes in the laws, and markets of the ever changing insurance industry. She has serviced some of her clients insurance needs for over 30 years, helping them to achieve their business success by finding the right balance of proper insurance coverage while offering suggestions on ways to reduce premium. Rose assists her clients with Property & Casualty in both Commercial & Personal lines. She also is quite knowledgeable in Life & Medical Insurance and assists her clients with enrolling in Insure Oklahoma, and assists them with group medical insurance and the laws involved with properly advising her business clients on Medical insurance law as it relates to insuring their employees. As our agency grew into 3000 Insurance Group she has enjoyed seeing the growth of our agency and is excited about the opportunities this offers us as Independent Insurance Agents as we continue to add additional carriers with which to offer our clients.
Linda Sullivan, is originally from Kansas, where she began her career in a small insurance office that also sold real estate and abstracts. She achieved her Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1984 and served as a CISR personal lines instructor for over 20 years and currently is on the Independent Insurance Agents education committee. Linda joined the agency in 1985 and worked with personal lines accounts before transferring to commercial lines accounts.
Amy Campbell was born and raised in Oklahoma. She joined the agency in November 2008 and enjoys working with our dental clients. She currently holds a CISR designation and is working to obtain her CIC. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her son and extended family, her 2 dogs Bella and Willow, and working out.
Rachel Sutton, an Oklahoma native, graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2011 with degrees in Anthropology and Criminology. She worked with Farmers Insurance for 2 years before finding a home at 3000 Insurance Group in the Commercial Lines department. Rachel has attained her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and is working on her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.
Megan Krewall, joined 3000 Insurance Group in October 2016 and works in the dental department. Megan graduated from Northwestern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and then went on to get her Masters in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma. She worked in mental health for 3 years before changing career paths and starting in insurance. She worked in supplemental insurance for 2 years before coming to 3IG. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching movies with her husband, working out, and snuggling her cat, Teddy.
Jennifer “Jenni” Javellas, born and raised in Oklahoma, joined 3000 Insurance Group in 2016 as a Customer Service Representative in Commercial Insurance. Her goal is to protect her clients as well as find the best deal for them. She is furthering her knowledge in insurance by working towards her Certified Insurance Service Representative and hopes to be the go-to girl for insurance questions.
Tim O’Quin, born and raised in Enid, Oklahoma, joined the 3IG team as a Customer Service Representative in May of 2017. He graduated in 2016 from the University of Oklahoma (Boomer!) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavior and Cultural Studies while being a 4-year member of the Pride of Oklahoma Marching Band. As his first real venture into the world of insurance, he is excited to learn and grow with 3000 Insurance Group. While off the clock, Tim spends time obsessing over sports, learning to cook new dishes, and hanging with friends and family.
Carla Burns works as a customer service representative for 3000 Insurance Group. Originally from California, Carla moved to Oklahoma in 2001 after serving in the military. When not working she adores spending time with her husband and their two daughters. Carla strives to make a positive difference in others’ lives while providing prompt and professional insurance service.
Neal Heston joined 3000 Insurance Group in September, 2014 as a Customer Service Rep for the Personal Lines department. He has been working in the Life & Health department the past two years, assisting businesses and individuals with health, dental, life, disability and vision insurance needs. He is a member of the Oklahoma City Association of Health Underwriters. Prior to joining 3IG, he spent seven years with Nationwide Insurance in Des Moines, Iowa, assisting commercial underwriters with new accounts. Neal is originally from the Des Moines area. He attended the University of Northern Iowa, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Communication/Public Relations.
Nicole Frazier, born and raised in Oklahoma, joined 3000 Insurance Group as a Customer Service Agent in August 2016. She began her insurance career with Delta Dental of Oklahoma before entering her current role with 3iG. Nicole is currently working on obtaining her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going two-stepping, watching movies, being an astronomy nerd with her Dad, and playing with her dog, Bogart.
Jessica Sherman, Born and raised in Oklahoma. Jessica has an Associate’s Degree in Psychology. She began working as a secretary for an Insurance Agent in OKC in 2008, and got her Insurance license in 2010. She joined the agency in 2010, and began working in the Personal Lines department, becoming the head of the department in 2016. She enjoys interacting with and establishing relationships with customers. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her husband and her dog.
Kayla Lowrey is a CISR at 3000 Insurance Group. She has been a part of the team since 2015 and is currently working in the personal lines department. Her passion is in theater, but she finds enjoyment in helping our customers find great coverage at a low cost and working alongside a group of hardworking colleagues. She is a mother to a beautiful 2 1/2 year old daughter, who keeps her on her feet. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, going to movies, and anything that consist of being outside.
Cheryl Hering, originally form Minnesota, began working at Alexander & Strunk in 1995 as a Receptionist, bookkeeping and other various office duties. When you call or come by the office, nine times out of ten, Cheryl is there to greet you. Cheryl enjoys traveling back home to Minnesota and spending time with her kids and grandkids.
Sandra Rogers, born and raised in Oklahoma, began her accounting career in 1985 and continued her career at Alexander & Strunk in 2009. Sandra assists the development of Human Resources Department, front office and accounting department, manages receptionists, human resources and bookkeeping staff and makes sure the agency is in compliant with federal and state regulations. In addition, she ensures that our associations and brokers are paid on time. When she is not crunching numbers, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and traveling to various beaches.
Brady Pierce, from Watonga, Oklahoma, graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management and Marketing in 2012 prior to completing his MBA at Southern Nazarene University in 2014. He joined Alexander & Strunk, where he started in the Dental Department as a Customer Service Representative in 2012. In 2016 he moved into an administrative role, joining the Accounting team. He currently manages the third party administrative duties for 3000 Insurance Group's programs with associations.
Kayla Haire, born and raised in Southern Indiana, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art with an emphasis in Graphic Design and a minor in Communication & Media Studies from Georgetown College located in Kentucky. Just weeks after college graduation Kayla landed a job at a Bank in Louisville where she was the Graphic Designer and Marketing Specialist. When she and her husband moved to Oklahoma in February 2017, she continued her Marketing and Graphic Design career, becoming Marketing Director for 3000 Insurance Group. Kayla is responsible for the marketing, communication and business development efforts of the agency. In addition, she manages our social media, branding, advertising, website, sponsorships, events, charitable contributions, marketing training and more. Kayla is a member of the Oklahoma City chapter of the American Marketing Association. In her free time, she enjoys traveling home to Indiana to see family and friends, coaching or playing volleyball, taking pictures, watching movies, doing DIY projects with her husband and playing with her cat, Oreo.
